  • I'm a native of New York state and Tompkins County, NY.

    In nature I'm usually found along woodland edges. I'm a suckering plant and can make large colonies, but I do best when planted with more of my kin. I flower and fruit much better with family around. 

    I have beautiful and fragrant flowers, and I'm a pollinator favorite. My fruit is attractive to birds and other wildlife including humans.
